That sounds like a descriptor for the intermediary company that subtracts the fees if you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund. That company is SBTPG, aka "Santa Barbara Tax Products Group" or just "Tax Products Group." Did you receive a direct deposit with that as the remitter/description? It should equal the amount of your Federal refund, minus any product fees and a 39.99 service fee (or 44.99 for California filers.)
