Website Not Clear

Why did your website not specify I needed Windows 11 before I downloaded it? It wasn't until that point it stated the requirements of 11. I couldn't speak to anyone and ask them if I can transfer that license code to my Mac. Now I had to buy a Windows 11 laptop just to run this software. If I hadn't been using TurboTax over a decade, I'd probably told you where to stick it and gotten a refund on the charges.

As with any software purchase, the system information is on the web page where you make your choice of which edition you want to purchase.  You only needed to scroll down the page - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/compare/desktop/

Product download, installation and activation requires an Intuit Account and internet connection. Product limited to one account per license code. Operating systems required: Windows 11 (64-bit), macOS Sonoma 14 or later. Software will not install on Windows 10, macOS 13 or earlier operating systems. Please confirm your operating system prior to purchase. See full system requirements

If you have a Mac you don't need to pay attention to the  Windows requirements.  Did you buy the Mac version or the Windows download?  You can use the License Code for either one.  If you first got the Windows program you could have switched to Mac, if your Mac meets the requirements.

You need Mac OS Sonoma 14 or later (newer). Click on the 2025 tab at the top.
