TurboTax doesn't seem to work at all with Firefox 64. Crash at login page.
There's no problem with Firefox 64 for me so it's hard to know why you are experiencing a difficulty. What is the specific website URL you are using?

Mine is stuck loading "finish where you left off" on Deductions & Credits. I've tried Chrome and Firefox and both hang at that same spot.
Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies? A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
Yes, and I spoke with a TurboTax support representative who said the only thing I could do was to clear and restart the return because it's a glitch. This was very upsetting because I'd spent hours filling out my taxes.
