I get the same error and customer service was really no help at all other than saying "would you want to paper file"... um no I wouldn't, what I'd like is for this to be corrected. I didn't pay money to paper file.
Same issue here and agreed, I also paid to e-file.
I am having the same issue. Trying to get customer service to help.
This was resolved on March 15.
Make sure you have ran all updates.
