Are you using the Online version?  Online is only good for 2024 now.  You have to file each year separately.  Were both W2s for 2024?  Or does the first W2 job say 2023 on it?   Did you enter the 2023 W2 after November into the 2024 Online version?  Did you actually file it by hitting the big Transmit Returns now button?

If you haven't filed it yet then delete the 2023 W2 and only enter the  2024 W2.   If you did file the 2023 W2 this year it got filed as a 2024 W2.  If you efiled and it gets Accepted you will have to amend that tax return and change it to be for the 2024 W2.

Then you will still have to file a 2023 tax return for the W2.  To do a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop program here,

You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.

When you say W-2 from a 2023 previous employer, is it work you may have done in late 2023 but was reported on a 2024 W-2?

When you say "I don't see" what is it that are you looking for?

If you have two Tax Year 2024 W-2 forms to enter, enter one, then go back to the Wages & Income section, select "Add a W-2" and enter the second W-2.

If the W-2 from work done in 2023 was reported on a 2023 Tax Year W-2, that would have been entered and reported on your 2023 tax year return.
