W-2 with wages <$1

Hi,

I was in California in 2022. But starting January 1st, 2023, I have been in Washington state. My previous company in California gave me a W-2, with wages <$1. Do I need to file federal and state taxes and include that W-2?

Best,

You can’t efile a W-2 with less than a dollar in Box 1.

The main question here is: Can I ignore that W-2 altogether or do I need to include that W-2 while filing? Does it makes a difference? It is making no difference in the tax figures on the portal, with or without the W-2. So should I still include it?

You can’t include it if wage is less than one dollar so ignore it.
