You should be able to get back to doing your taxes yourself in a few steps.
Select "Find a new verified pro" if you are already connected with someone or Complete the questionnaire again and get matched
Scroll to the bottom of the matching page and instead select "get started" with a Full-Service tax expert.
Click on "Go to Full Service"
On the left-hand side, select "Do my own taxes"
Select "Leave Full Service"
Select a reason and then "continue"
You should be able to do your own taxes now
