Vehicle deductin

Last year I got a deduction for vehicle registration fees in personal deductions.  This year, although I have entered the data, I'm not getting the deduction.  Did something change?

Are you taking the Standard Deduction rather than Itemizing? 

Personal property tax (vehicle registration) only matters if you itemize.
