Using Quick Employer Forms first time to 'create business', it gets stuck in 'thinking mode'. After entering data, an error appears: 'something went wrong'. Please assist

Can I call someone to help troubleshoot? This is very time sensitive. Thanks!

The TurboTax Desktop program is being updated. You can check back at the end of the week or as an alternative, you can go to this link, Quick Employer Forms, and use your TurboTax Account to log in and e-file from there.
