If I purchase the desktop version of TurboTax Business, can I upgrade later to Live Assisted Business? If yes, how? Thanks.
There is not an upgrade to the Full Service Business online program from the TurboTax Business Edition software on your personal computer.

If you decided to use the Full Service Business you can either keep the Business Edition you paid for or you can request a refund.

Thanks @DoninGA, the link to request a refund didn't load any form. I'd like to purchase the desktop version and try it first. Do you know if refunds can apply to purchases that aren't directly from Intuit, if I have the retailer's receipt?
