Update Error For Tax Filings

Hi - I can't submit / transmit my New York State tax filing.  I get the "there is an update you need to install..." error, even though everything up-to-date.  I called your help line, waited 30 minutes for a call back, spent 40 minutes on the phone, told she would email an updated file to download, and then the call disconnected. 

PLEASE HELP!  I paid $50+ for TurboTax 2019 Premier on Amazon.  I've tried everything - restarted computer, reinstalled software.  Nothing works.
