Unable

I kept getting rejected errors like agi didn't match records or pin not correct. I kept entering the correct info and still rejected 6 times for state and federal. I paid $21.34 to efile state and couldn't efile fed or state. I had to print and mail both. How do I get refund? Believe there must be a glitch in the 2019 deluxe turbo tax software.

In order to receive a refund, you will need to contact our Customer Care department. Please click the link below and fill out the short form. Please list Billing Issues instead of refund as the reason for contact.

Same with my return, I looked up IRS and the info is correct and it still wont accept my return.  What is happening does anyone know or how to fix this. I am going to have to mail and I am not happy

Unfortunately, we have not control over the IRS accepting or rejecting returns.  Sometimes there is a situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed.  Without a match to the IRS system, your only option would be to print and mail in your return.
