Unable to import data from financial institution

I'm a long time TurboTax user.  I'm using 2025 Deluxe (desktop).  When I try to import my 1099 data from Fidelity, I get a message in my browser that says "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax" but when I go back to TT, the data is not there.  I spoke to a support person on the phone and he said it was a known problem that they were working on.  Meantime he suggested trying a different browser, which I did but had same problem.  Is everyone having this problem?

@GregNHouston

Yes, it IS a browser permissions thing.

I had the same problem the first time I attempted to download Fidelity.

...even though it said Success...but nothing there

You need to allow intuit access to your devices...

One of the following discussions should help you

Reset browser/device permission is described here

Changing the browser setting to allow Local Network Access worked.  Thanks for your help!  I wish the Intuit support people knew this fix.

Yes!!!  I'm using TT Premium, have been for several years, and never had this problem previously.  It's really frustrating!!  The TT team needs to step-up and step-in on this problem and take care of it...it's mid-Feb!!~!
