Unable to E-File

For over a week I have been trying to E-file my 2023 Taxes. Each time I get this response:

 

Duplicate Filing found in same transmission. Please contact Customer Support.  (4x)

Tax Year 2023 Transmissions are not available.  Turbo Taxis not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return.

 

Please respond.

Here's how to Contact TurboTax Support.

 

They will need to check the Efile transmission records. 

 

It appears there's duplicate filing; the SSN on your return has been in the TurboTax system from another tax filing.

 

If you're a dependent, possibly a parent's return (or vice versa?).
