Unable to activate on a 2nd device

My fiance bought the Turbotax Deluxe 2024 and installed on his computer. I'm trying to activate it on my laptop, but is given the message, "This license code has already been associated with an account."

Are you logging into his account using his username and password?  You have to log into his account and download it from there.  When you log into the online Account and go to Products & Billing all your years are listed. If you click on Licenses and Downloads you can download it again, even get the download for the other operating system Windows or Mac.

Hi, I did logged in under his account, but it's still giving me that message.
