Two local taxes

On my W-2 I have two entries on boxes 18, 19, and 20. The amounts are the same for wages and local taxes. The locality names are different. One is city tax the other county tax. Both are for 380.78 each. When entering the second locality on the drop box, do I repeat box 15, 16, 17, and 18 or do I just enter the state and state id# with the $380 and locality?

Click on Add another locality and repeat only lines 18 through 20.

If I understand your situation, you will have one entry for lines 15 through 17 and two entries for lines 18 through 20.

What state or states information are you entering?

Thank you so much. My state is KY. The amounts are the same for wages and the local tax. So I  will put in all the info of one tax (city), then click add another state which will again be KY and would I just  add the local tax amount and the county name for county tax. I would not enter the wages and state income tax again would I since I already put it on with the city tax from above.

No, you would not add another state, you would add another locality.  Then enter only that second locality information in boxes 18, 19, and 20.
