I have a similar issue but it is impossible to get in touch with Turbo tax. I can only get in touch with an AI, then I am put on hold indefinitely. Anyone had luck reaching turbo tax regarding duplicate charges.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

You will need to contact TurboTax support for this issue. Use the key words Billing Issue
