Turbotax won't efile my return.

After review of my return, TurboTax recommends efile.  Attempt to efile resulted in the following message says "This return has certain forms that can't be efiled, usually because of tax regulations."  All the forms are regular forms last year were efiled.   Need help.

This is a known problem when e-filing a tax return with a Schedule C.  It is actively being worked on by the programmers and an update to the software should be available shortly, but do not have a definite date.

I had same problem and customer support had no idea what problem was. Another post from 4 hours ago said that their support person had no idea. I hope Schedule C is the problem but don't keep your fingers crossed. Apparently TT isn't spreading the word among customer support staff since 2 out of 3 with problem got no help. I request a refund and was approved. Good luck.

I have the same dilemma. Is TT going to alert us when Schedule C has been appropriately fixed for e-file?

This is a known issue in TurboTax and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

This problem has been resolved.  The 1/31/2023 update enabled me to Efile my return.

You should be able to efile now.  The latest update (01/31/2024)allowed me to do so today.
