Turbotax Premier E-File Bug Defect

Turbotax Premier E-File Bug Defect, I'm at the final filing button of "Transmit Returns Now", ports to We Need to Make One More Check, I click Continue, ports to Schudule B: Line 7a should be Blank, I disable the No check box, click Continue, ports back to first step, repeat the process. Now displays Schudule B: Line 7a question must be answered. This stays in loop even after save/close/re-open Turbotax.

If you select the Transmit Returns Now button, and it doesn't seem to be working, the most likely source of the problem is “cookies,” little pieces of code that are sent to your browser so we can personalize your experience.

  1. If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
  2. If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
  3. If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.

What you should be seeing is a "captcha," screen, which helps prevent fraud by asking you to identify pictures before you can proceed.

If this does not work, you may need to Print and Mail your return. Instructions on where to mail your return will be printed out when you print your return

I found it interesting that the software kept looping back to the e-file screen after I paid for filing state taxes.   I called and asked for a confirmation number, as TT help screen suggested.  I talked to 4 customer service reps over a 3 day time period.  No one would give me a confirmation number.  Finally the 4th person was able to do this.  Not only is the software buggy, but customer service needs better training.  I will say, everyone I talked with was pleasant and well-intentioned, but the first rep should have known how to provide the confirmation number.
