Turbotax cannot import from E*trade from Morgan Stanley

Hi,

I'm using a TurboTax Premier software on Mac. I tried to import from E*trade from Morgan Stanley using my regular login name, password+security code. It doesn't work! I tried many times. I can easily import from Charles Schwab. But just not from Etrade.

I called Etrade. They said it's not their problem, it's Turbo Tax Problem. 

Does anyone else encounter similar issues? Any solutions to this?

Had the same issue. Logged into my account and made certain and had confirmed granting third party authorized access. Turbotax could still not connect. There are so many issues with this software this year. It is my last year using this software. Everything is an upcharge. Unethical practices...
