It is always called an "individual" Form 1040 return even if you file a joint return. You (and your spouse) are filing as individuals as opposed to filing as a corporation or some other business entity.
Look at the filing status up near the top. Is the box checked for Married Filing Jointly?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
Ok, thank you. I understand the information on the form now but it still doesn't save the file as "married.tax2022" as it did last year. Just wanted to make sure that if I submit this form it wont be flagged since I am still filing jointly.

Look at the Form 1040. Do you see that the form itself is called a "U.S. Individual Income Tax Return?'' There is no such form issued by the IRS as a " U.S Married Income Tax Return." Married couples, single people, heads of household, widows, widower......everyone uses an Individual form.

I guess I was assuming that when you send the information to the IRS you are uploading the file that is created by turbotax with either "individual" or "married" in the file name, for example "2022 Name Form 1040 Individual Tax Return.tax2022" or "2022 Name Form 1040 Married Tax Return.tax2022" but I guess the IRS isn't that sophisticated.
