Turbotax 2019

After loading Turbotax for first time and transferring from 2018 tax info, I could not SAVE and lost the entries.  It warned me that I could not save the file.  How come?

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.

...and please let us know what the problem was.  I've seen this reported on occasion, but don't what their final solution was.

Maybe a write-protected directory?   

Or you logged into your computer as a Guest, and do not have write permission?

If you are using Windows 10, perhaps it's being caused by Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access:
