3-2-21 . . . Yeah - I was referred to the HELP desk. Got a phone number and talked to a live person. After I explained the entire problem - the real live person told me "we don't work on TurboTax Business. You need to call XXX-XXX-XXXX" which ended up being the IRS.
I have downloaded the patch. I have done all the suggested steps in an effort to get this particular error code to resolve. Nothing has worked.
I want a resolution to the download error that I've been receiving since Jan 27. It is not my computer (which is new). Other TurboTax and Intuit products work perfectly fine on my computer. I am getting so frustrated with the lack of help for this issue that I am considering looking for another tax program to finish my business taxes (which are due on 3-15-21).
