turbo tax failed validation update 2024

I just ran the update and i am trying to file my federal taxes. I keep getting the error turbo tax failed validation

I filed the Fed alone and it went through.

It's just my State that fails validation. I'm in California

Here are several troubleshooting steps that you can try:
