I am having the same problem!

You can back out and complete sections on your own to skip that but I am concerned there might be more going on due to this glitch.

@peterpaulmary1

Are you getting any sort of error message?  Where does the loop seem to be happening?

To clear the software and possibly release the loop, please see the instructions below:

  • Try to log completely out of Turbo Tax.
  • Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.  I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies.
  • Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.  You can also try a different browser as well or "incognito mode".

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach back out here in the thread and someone will follow up with the next steps.

I was able to replicate this loop by choosing "Visit all" in the Investment income section.

You can break out of this loop by clicking on Wages and Income in the upper left corner after you have entered all of your information for this section. Next choose, "I'll choose what I work on," the on the right.

You can then proceed to the next section, Retirement Income by scrolling down to it and selecting Visit all, or picking a specific topic.
