Turbo card

My turbo card was stolen I reported it I talked to customer service they said they would send a new card than transferred me to the fraud department and than I was diconnected. I tried to call back but their message said I could never have another account with them and disconnected me . So I called again to no avail it continues to disconnect me how do I get my remaining balance e that is on my account
