How do I handle my dependent son's tuition on his Mass state return? Do I answer yes to "Tuition Expenses"? I have already entered his 1098-T on my return so not sure if I should answer "No" since we both cannot claim it.

You're correct that you both can't claim the tuition expense, so for your son you click No Tuition expense
