TT Desktop not accepting License code

I bought my TT Home & Business from Sam's club as I usually do.  At the end of the installation, I pasted my license code, but it is not being accepted.  I get no error.

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 11 so I am not sure if this is causing the problem.  I have also successfully activated the same version on my laptop that has windows 10.  Is anyone else having an issue activation on Windows 11?

Please review the Windows minimum system requirements. You may contact our phone support team for one-on-one installation assistance.

I have already checked the system requirements.  I also have called support and they sent me a new download but I got the same results.

Have you tried to manually type in the license code, instead of pasting it?

Yes, I have tried typing it manually with the same result.

FYI, I uninstalled Windows 11 and I am now back to WIN 10 but getting the same result.  It's a puzzle.  I have 4 previous versions (2019-2022) installed on this computer and I have never had a problem.

I would suggest giving us a call here, so we can take a look into this with you. @jamboy

Ok, so I called support yesterday.  the agent asked me for a serial number from my disk case.  I gave her the 6 digit number and she said I should check back after 15 minutes and it should be ok.  I didn't believe it but I did as she suggested and of course, it didn't work.

I have been looking though the error logs and I see these 2 errors that might be relevant to the problem:

"ERROR","message":"Error on reading product configuration data. Error message: Value cannot be null"

"ProductActivation","levelName":"ERROR","message":"Unable to validate product activation details with your computer."

If someone in Tech support at Turbotax could take a look at this it might help us solve this problem.

At this point, if you are unable to activate this product, you will need to return this to the store for a refund/exchange.
