TT "Clear and start over" feature

I seem to have an Intuit and a Turbo Tax account. Each one has a different user name.  I understand that I can only delete the information in the account, but not the account itself. How do I delete the information in my Turbo Tax account? In this forum they talk about the "clear and start over" feature, but that seems to refer to the tax data itself, not the account.

That is correct.   You can delete the data that you entered if you have not registered, paid or e-filed, but you cannot delete the actual account.   TurboTax accounts also cannot be merged with each other, so if you plan to continue using TT in the future, choose an account and stick with it, but retain a record of how to access the "old" account just in case you need to look at that account someday.
