TT 2019 New CD Install Error

I purchased a new sealed copy of TT 2019. It Installs but when in put in the Activation Code is shows a Error Code 630. How can I get past the error code to install TT 2019 ?

TurboTax does not support tax year 2019 so the license code you are trying to enter is no longer valid.
