Does your PC or Mac meet the system requirements?
I'm am using Windows 10 with a 64 bit processor. This should meet the minimum system requirements. I had no problems with intalling Turbotax 2023 last year.

Some folks with this problem have noted a couple of Possible fixes:
1) Rt-Click on the desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator"
or, if that doesn't work
2) Some have found that the most recent versions of Microsoft Visual C++ must be installed first.

I ended up calling the Turbotax support desk. The techincal support staff memeber was helpful and determined is was athe AVG anti-virus software that was blocking the install. Once AVG was disabled the program installed.
