The license code I am using with this CD for Intuit Home and Business is saying it is linked to another account. We have used these CD's up to 5 times for different people in our household and now it is hanging up when we get to this part about entering the license code. How do we get past this?
Turbotax was never licensed for use by 5 different people. The license always allowed you to install the program on up to 5 computers that you own, not 5 computers owned by family and friends. This year that requirement is being enforced by linking the license code to your Turbotax online account. To install the software on more than one computer, you will have to provide the same online user name and password that you used for the first installation.
I cannot get into the software that I bought and used before. Says that the license code is associated with another account. I only use two email accounts and neither will let me login in and I get into loops when I try alternate info.
