The Cd I purchased will not run.

As a courtesy to the CD purchase, you should also have a download in your account so you can get started right away. Follow the article below:

Or where did you buy it?  Unless you are on the Turbo Tax Advantage plan you do not get a download.  What happens when you try to install it?  Do other CD work in your computer?  Do you get any error messages or codes?
