Text verification will not work

I think this issue has to do with Intuit thinking I want to delete my account.  After Mint ended operations I submitted a request which I thought was only to delete Mint specific information but it appears it was in process for my entire Intuit account.  I have since used the email I received to cancel that request but I still am having massive login issues.

I am stuck in like some weird grey area where this happens:

1. Login

2. Prompt for text

3. Receive text, enter text code

4. Get an error stating 'Theres an issue on our end, were on it'

At random intervals if I attempt to login, I am told that 'Were in the process of deleting your account, please bare with us.'

I don't know what to do, I tried calling but they were not helpful and constantly just tried to tell me to reset my password which is not the issue.

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

If not, please call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

No this is NOT resolved.

If I use a fresh, incognito browser here is what I get:

Intuit Community: the request to delete your data is ongoing and could take 45 days

TurboTax: "There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it."

Intuit Directly: works, but no text verification works, if I login to Intuit first and then use that page to direct myself to TurboTax/Community I can get in

Please help as all signs point to this entire account being in process of deletion even though I cancelled the request.

I tried this and they were wholly unhelpful.
