I'm becoming more OUTRAGED by the minute. I tried multiple times to SPEAK to a TurboTax Rep. The automated system tells me that it can't find my ID & I keep getting referred back to the Web Assistance. I've been a customer for many, many, many years so I don't understand why I'm not in the system. This is the first year I've been unable to access a phone Rep for assistance with the Program. Please, Please, Please give me a number to call so I'm able to talk with a human being.
