TD Ameritrade 1099 Import Not Working

I need to import both my Schwab 1099 and TDAmeritrade 1099 this year because Schwab bought TDA. The Schwab import works fine, but the TDA 1099 import is not working. After inputting my Acct# and DocID, it says "establishing secure connection", then beeps, and stops. Nothing happens.

If you continue having issues, you can try these steps if you are using the online version:

 

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
