Can I use a prepaid debit card here in the Philippines to receive my refund? 

or

 

If i selected to mail a check in my address Oversees will I receive it?

To receive your tax refund as direct deposit, the bank must be a US bank, located in the US.  Enter the routing number and account number for the direct deposit.

If it has a US routing number and account number, yes it can be used for the refund.
