tax return

i want to delete and restart my tax files with another agent. i really need help .

I've been customers for 2 years but right now this is not helping me at all.

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online.  Refer to the following Help Article for instructions:  How do I clear and start over in TurboTax Online?
