TAX REFUND

Did you change any data when performing the hypothetical scenario? Even small changes can make a big impact. Also, if you did not finish data entry for your actual return, this can cause a discrepancy between the scenario and the actual return. 

we can not see your return or the what-if so we can't see what changed between the two.  since you have the desktop version print out the first page of original and compare it to the what-if.  if you need and explanation as to why this changed your refund, tell us what changed and whether the item went up or down, then perhaps we can offer an explanation.
