A "Payment Canceled" status with "Refund Transfer" in TurboTax often indicates 

 

• A glitch in the system, 
• A change in your refund amount by the IRS, or 
• A, banking issue where the third-party bank couldn't process the fee deduction. 

This does not usually mean your return was rejected. Your refund is likely still processing, but you may need to pay fees directly.
