Before you answered the stimulus question the Recovery Rebate Credit was entered on your tax return Form 1040 Line 30. After you indicated that you did receive the 3rd stimulus payment the Recovery Rebate Credit was removed from your tax return. You cannot receive the 3rd stimulus payment twice.
