Tax amendment

my amended taxes was recieved on march 27th 2019 is it 16 weeks from mar 27th or how does it work  thank you for your replies

It can take up to 16 weeks for the IRS to process your amended return if that's what you're asking.

Amended returns must be printed, signed and mailed.  Assuming you did that, you can check on your amended return at this IRS site:

https://www.irs.gov/Filing/Individuals/Amended-Returns-(Form-1040-X)/Wheres-My-Amended-Return-1

And as already stated, it can take at least 16 weeks (or longer) for the IRS to process an amended return.  If you are receiving a refund from that amended return, the IRS will mail a check to the address you used on the return.
