System Issues

This morning when trying to check my turbo debit card on the app the app is having issues it won’t pull up to let me log in then I try online it freezes before I can even log in and then when I call the call is silent and don’t ring at all. It’s very frustrating when all I’m trying to do is check my balance

Same thing just trying to check my account because the irs shows a different account number then my turbo card account number and this year was my first time using it with my taxes.

Issues logging into the turbo card app for the VISA debit card. Also, freezes when trying to log in to the account online. I see others having same issue..How about it Turbo, Green Dot, Intuit..You guys have any response to this. It is frustrating.

Having the same issue except it's saying the wireless customer you called can't answer and cant log in says to reload page fine time for them to **bleep** everything up

UPDATE: I recieved my deposit on 4/15 on my turbo card around 2pm eastern. They are coming 🙂

 

I checked the irs website to see where they sent mine, and the bank account info shows the last 4 of my social as well. I hope that's what you were talking about. I have the turbo card and recieved a refund advance.

I didn’t receive the stimulus check and I filed using this card does the government not consider turbo card a real bank?

@dforty  I checked my 1040 as well and it shows the correct account number.

 This makes absolutely no sense.

Yes! Mine does! I hope this doesn’t mean they’re sending a paper check😭. I hope they sent it to the card.

Yeah I'm also having this issue. What's worse, when I try to call the number on the back of my card, it doesn't ring and then Verizon tells me the number was changed or is no longer in service. 

 

Checking my stim status on the IRS website tells me they don't have my banking information. This is garbage

So I have an update.

 

I went to an atm to check my account. First attempt didn't accept my pin. Second attempt accepted the pin but the receipt I printed out says the balance is unavailable. What in the world is going on TurboTax

It's Turbo's intuit website & Green Dot bank they both are  not able to be reached  it must be because there are so many people trying to call and get on the app. You can see if they sent your stimuls  on the IRS where's my payment

Having the same issue. The IRS site says I have mine scheduled to be deposited on the 15th and thankfully I kept the paperwork that came with the card and it matches the IRS deposit info. Tried using my card and my payments are being declined as well, when I have money on that card.

Frustrating.
