switch to online

I signed up for a download for 2025. I got the message that it is available, but I do not have a computer with a supported operating system. I use a Chromebook. I would like to use the online version but can I get a credit for the amount paid for the download (not downloaded)

You can contact support speak with someone from BILLING (don't ask about refunds - you will get sent to a tax refund help line).
