Submitting software issue

I am using the desktop version of Turbotax and the software will not efile due to me having three fields overridden.  I have had to override these same three fields the last three years due to unique circumstances and it has worked in years past.  

 

How to I get the developers to fix this?

What fields did you have to override?  Maybe there is a sub workheet that can be changed without overriding the main form.

Schedule 1 - 8 Other Income - Z Comment & 8Z

You may have the income in the correct location but let's make sure. To report this income use the steps below and then please update if you are experiencing the same result. When I use these steps it shows up on Schedule 1, line 8z as it should. When finished you can preview  your tax return as well.

 

Other Miscellaneous Income:

  1. Sign into your TurboTax Online account
  2. Go to Tax Home (left panel)  Wages and Income  section
  3. Scroll to  Less Common Income > Select  Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
  4. Select Other reportable Income > Enter a description (----) and the amount

From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)

  1. Select Tax Tools
  2. On the drop-down select Tools
  3. On the pop-up menu titled “Tools Center”, select View Tax Summary 
  4. On the left sidebar, select Preview my 1040 

For TurboTax Desktop, change to 'Forms' and review the forms
