Turbo tax does not have the option to add Bank information (routing and account #) to Tax returns if you owed money to the IRS for years 2018-2019 hence delaying stimulus payout since IRS does will not receive a Bank Account on file due to the way turbo Tax software was developed and files your return on a no federal refunds, it will file your return with xxxx or blank on add bank account info on your 1040 or 1040ez  line20 b,d . Please reach out to IRS! Hopefully people in my similar situation can “Enter payment info” along with “non-filers” https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-fi[product key removed]nt-info-here
