still can't efile

thanks for the people that tried to help me last week. Still trying to figure out why I can't efile.

 

I get the following messing when I click efile. This return has certain forms that can't be efiled.

 

I wish I knew what forms they are. Have 1099-R, SSA-1099, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1098, and (2) W-2's.

Same here. 2 hours spent yesterday with a support agent found no errors, and yet TT won't permit an efile. No explanation and no error codes. What a mess

Same here with Deluxe Desktop. Spent 45 minutes with agent who said he would call back next day but didn't. I got an email saying my case was closed. Requested a refund on their website and was approved.

 

I did see another post from 1 day ago that had the same problem and TT said that it was a problem with Schedule C (which I had) and that programmers are working to fix but no release date yet.

This has been resolved. Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.
