state dual residency form

I have already e-prepared my taxes with turbo tax, and answered all questions to the best of my ability. Do I need to fill out a separate form for dual residency since I moved states last year? Also, FL, where I lived previously does not do income taxes.

I moved to the state of Ar. I also co-own my Mom's house in Mo.
As far as I know, it is telling me I should be getting money back.

Since you were a part-year resident in two different states, you would need to file a part-year return for those states.  Since one of your states was Florida and there is no income tax return for Florida, you will only need a part-year return for Arkansas.

Also, as long as no income is generated from co-owning your mother's house in Missouri, no Missouri state return is needed.

Turbo Tax only gets the info from your entries.  Maybe you picked the wrong state in a drop down box like for state on your W2 box 15.  On on your address under My Info.

@ssunshine007 Are you the original poster who posted a question in March about moving from one state to another, and co-owning a home in MO?  If not, why are you now posting to this thread in September and saying that we had better "check again?"    "We" cannot check anything for you -- ever.  No one in the user forum has access to your account or your tax return, nor can we fix mistakes for you.   If you made a mistake and entered something incorrectly, you will have to find the mistake and fix it.  Did you e-file?  Was the return accepted?
