But my company already issue my W2 form with 9 numbers that I didn’t know, is it any possible that my company have my ssn?  Because I mailed them whether they can help me to check but they said they didn’t have my information! Did you have an ITIN? (also a nine digit number)

If you were issued a W-2, was there withholding in Box 4 and/or Box 6?

You would need to contact your employer to find out what the number they used was and where they got it.  If it was not a SSN, then you would need to contact the social security administration or the IRS to find out if you were issued an ITIN.  We do not have access to that type of information.
