SSA1099

I've followed instructions to enter SSA1099. It won't go to a screen to enter that info. It says complete and wants to file my taxes without SSA1099 info being entered anywhere. It says 0.00 next to that line

Do not try to enter your SSA1099  or RR1099RB as a W-2.  Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
